Competition Terms and conditions

1. The competition is being run by Atlas Insurance PCC Limited, Malta.

2. You must be aged 18 years or over to enter this competition.

3. All entries will be entered into the competition; the winner will be randomly selected.

4. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

5. The winner will receive two tickets to the opera “Carmen”, taking place Saturday 15th October at the Teatru tal-Opra Aurora in Victoria, Gozo.

6. The winner must attend the opera “Carmen”, taking place Saturday 15th October at the Teatru tal-Opra Aurora in Victoria, Gozo. Prize is non-transferrable.

7. The winner will be notified when and where the prize can be collected.

8. The tickets may not be exchanged for cash.

9. The opening date for this competition is Monday 3rd October 2016

10. The closing date for entry to this competition is Thursday 6th October 2016

11. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win

12. Your ticket is issued subject to the terms and conditions of the Promoter and/or particular event. Promoters and event managers have the right to refuse admission to any event.

13. Atlas Insurance PCC Limited reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

14. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current European data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
