Atlas Insurance marks Mental Health Awareness Month with webinar on growth mindset and learned optimism

Every October, during Mental Health Awareness Month, Atlas Insurance brings its employees, partners, clients, and the wider community together to learn, reflect, and take steps towards healthier lives. Continuing this tradition, Atlas is once again collaborating with Lyra Wellbeing to host a webinar that offers practical insights and tools to turn awareness into action, both at the workplace and beyond.

The focus of this year’s webinar is the psychology of optimism to enhance development and support mental wellbeing. The session themed “Growth Mindset and Learned Optimism” is taking place on Tuesday, 14 October 2025, from 3:30-4:30 pm, and registration is open on the link: atlas.com.mt/webinar-2025

Encouraging participation, Catherine Calleja, Atlas Healthcare Managing Director, commented: “We’re heartened by the consistently strong turnout at these webinars. Awareness is only the first step. Every year, in collaboration with Lyra Wellbeing, we strive to equip attendees with practical ways to boost and maintain their mental health. Everyone can do something, and these sessions are designed to turn intention into action.”
