Main Features

If Emergency Assistance is required within any of the rental properties insured, clients are advised to call our approved contractor on
2122 2333.

  • Our approved Contractor will advise you how to protect your tenants and rental property. They will then carry out emergency repairs if necessary.
  • HomeLet clients are eligible to three claims annually and we will pay up to €200 for any one incident.
  • Atlas will take care of all payments.
  • If the emergency repairs exceed these limits, you will be responsible for the difference unless these repairs become payable as part of claim under your insurance policy.

Cover

Emergency incidents that are covered by this section are:

  • plumbing problems related to leaking water pipes, fixed water installations, leaking sanitary fixtures and fittings
  • failure of the electrical supply within the rental property affecting all sockets and/or lighting on one or more levels
  • loss or theft of or damage to your only key to the rental property where there is no other available key and you are unable to gain any access to the rental property
  • broken or damaged windows and doors (including locks thereto) presenting a security risk to the rental property or where you unable to gain any access to your rental property.
