Being in an accident is stressful. Filing an insurance claim shouldn’t be. We’ve been helping our clients with their claims for nearly 100 years. With all this practice, we’ve got lots of experience in getting our clients back to normal quickly and fairly!

Step 1. Notify us about your accident online

What do do - and not to do - after an accident:
Stay calm and focused.
From a safe spot, take photos of the incident and note the weather conditions.
Gather contact information from all involved and possibly from witnesses.
Gather the following information from anyone involved in the accident/incident: name, address, telephone number, vehicle registration number, insurer, type of insurance and policy number.
Don't give an opinion on who was at fault.
Discuss accident details only with the police, wardens or your insurance company.
Don't leave unless instructed to by police or wardens if they have been involved.
  • If someone is injured immediately call Emergency 112

  • If it’s a Bumper to Bumper, move the vehicles to the side of the road and fill out the form.

For other accidents call the Local Wardens on 2132 0202

  • If your vehicle needs to be towed, you can call Atlas 24/7 RoadAssist on 2122 2111

Available for Comprehensive clients or if you have paid for this option

Advise us of the accident on the same day it occurs by filling in the form below, by phone on 2343 5363 or 8007 3434, or come to any of our offices.
