Step 2. Complete and submit the iCycle claim form

You will also need to attach the documents or collect the information listed below which are required to back up your claim.

Please see the documents/information required for each type of claim below, and send them to us attached to your completed and signed home claim form. You can use any of the following methods:

  • the original by hand to any of our branches or
  • by post to Atlas Insurance PCC Limited, Personal Insurance Department, 47-50, Ta’ Xbiex Seafront, Ta’ Xbiex XBX 1021 or
  • scan it and send it by email.
