The selected candidate will be carrying out a range of HR activities for the Atlas Group, including time and attendance, recruitment, selection and induction, training and staff welfare. This varied and interesting position will entail working closely with all levels of the organisation on day-to-day work and long-term projects.
You must have excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, with a confident and positive personality. Having attention to detail, problem solving skills and service orientation would be considered a plus point.
• Either a first degree in a related discipline and/or HR experience
• IT proficiency: good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as ability to understand data and produce reports
• Fluency in written and spoken Maltese and English
