A Customer Care Assistant in the Commercial Motor Fleets department would be involved in liaising with existing Atlas commercial motor fleets clients to administer and maintain their existing business as well as optimising the potential for new business.
You must be hard working, have a people-oriented personality and be good at establishing positive relationships with all types of commercial clients. You must also be a committed team player, meticulous and enthusiastic, with a strong commitment to client service excellence.
• Insurance experience particularly on motor insurance would be considered as an asset
• A good advanced level of education and preferably insurance qualification
• IT proficiency
• Fluency in written and spoken Maltese and English
