The customer care assistant’s role in this department is defined by a commitment to excellence in service for existing Atlas commercial and business insurance clients. You will be responsible for maintaining good business relationships, processing renewals, drawing up documentation and other department functions.
You must have a people-oriented personality and be good at establishing positive relationships with all types of commercial clients and intermediaries. You must also be a committed team player, meticulous and enthusiastic.
You should fulfill the following requirements:
• Insurance experience would be considered as an asset
• A first degree in any discipline and preferably willing to further your studies in insurance
• IT proficiency
• Fluency in written and spoken Maltese and English
