Renew your Atlas policies online with Atlas through both major Maltese Banks using their e-banking services.

You must be a registered user with either HSBC or BOV.
Atlas Insurance is a registered third party in both banks’ third party payments systems.

Bank of Valletta Instructions

1. 1. Access BOV 24/7 using your usual login and access codes
2. 2. Go to ‘My Payments’ section
3. 3. Click on ‘Pay a Bill’
4. 4. Choose ‘Atlas Insurance’ from the drop down list
5. 5. Fill out the information requested in the fields below the drop down list
6. 6. Process your transaction as usual

HSBC Instructions

1. 1. Access with your usual login and access codes
2. 2. Go to ‘Pay Bills’ in the navigation bar
3. 3. In the ‘Pay Bills’ submenu, click on ‘Add Payee’
4. 4. Click on the search button and locate the entry for Atlas Insurance
5. 5. Fill out the information requested in the reference number field – in this case use your policy number
6. 6. Click on ‘confirm’
7. 7. Go back to ‘Pay Bills’ in the navigation bar
8. 8. Choose your preferred account number
9. 9. Choose Atlas Insurance from the drop down menu
10. 10. Enter the amount of your renewal
11. 11. Click on ‘confirm’
