Competition winner Pierre Portelli recently visited the Atlas Healthcare offices to claim his €500 travel voucher. This was one of three prizes to be won as part of a drive to encourage health policy clients to shift to a direct debit option when receiving claims refunds.
“We are encouraging our clients to take up this new option, in fact, the response has been very encouraging, over half of our clients are now being refunded via direct debit,” said Catherine Calleja, Managing Director, Atlas Healthcare. “By having claims paid directly into their bank account, clients can enjoy a faster and more convenient service, without having to cash a cheque. This offers clients a simpler and more efficient way of getting paid.”
