Atlas Insurance sponsors JA Company Programme Award

Atlas Insurance marked their ongoing support of JA Malta by endorsing the Digital Marketing Innovation Award at the highly anticipated JA Malta Finals and Awards Night, which took place on 20 May.

The winner of the award was Young Culture Malta. The company, set up by a group of post-secondary students taking part in the JA Malta Company Programme, sold Maltese-themed phone cases. Backed by a strategic digital marketing campaign targeting young consumers, Young Culture Malta also exploited its online presence on the social media to promote Maltese culture among the younger generations.

The runners up for the Digital Marketing Innovation Award were Gravidef and H2lo.

Atlas Insurance has been sponsoring this signature award for several years and its collaboration with JA Malta, previously known as Junior Achievement Young Enterprise Malta (JAYE Malta), goes back to 2013.

The award was presented to the members of Young Culture Malta by David Cassar, Business Development and Marketing Manager at Atlas Insurance. Commenting about the event, Cassar said: “Atlas is very proud to be present at this Awards night and to be supporting JA Malta once again. This programme offers young people the opportunity of a hands-on experience in setting up and running a business, within a learning environment and with the guidance of seasoned mentors. Atlas Insurance would also like to wish these young people, the entrepreneurs and employees of tomorrow, the best of success in their endeavours.”
