A Public Liability policy will cover your legal liability if you cause damage to third party property or bodily injury to third parties during the course of your business activities, both at the place of work and anywhere else in Malta and Gozo.
For example, if someone slips and hurts themselves in your premises and you are found legally liable for the injuries, we will pay all damages on your behalf.
A Product Liability policy will cover your legal liability arising out of the products you supply.
For example, if you supply a washing machine which develops a fault causing damage to your client’s home, this policy would cover the costs involved.
An Employer’s Liability Policy will cover your legal liability if one of your employees is hurt whilst working.
For example, if an employee is injured at work and you are being sued for damages, should you be found legally liable, the insurance company will pay for the damages on your behalf. The Employer’s Liability policy can also include payment of wages whilst your employee is out on injury leave.
