1. Access to the benefits of this competition is subject to these Terms and Conditions. By participating in this competition, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, without modification. If you are not in agreement with any of these Terms and Conditions, please do not participate in this competition.

2. This competition is owned and operated by Atlas Insurance PCC Limited (hereinafter “Atlas”).

3. To submit your competition entry, you (as a participant) must predict the winner of the World Cup 2022 Matchday on Sunday 20th November, by using Facebook’s reaction icons (Only ‘Like’, ‘Love’ and ‘Wow’ reactions will be counted) on the post.

4. Closing date for entries will be on Sunday 20th November 2022 by 20:00. After this date, no further entries to this competition will be acknowledged.

5. Atlas will only consider one entry per user. If you submit more than one entry, only the first entry will be valid. Using a false profile, name or address will result in immediate disqualification.

6. Atlas shall not be held responsible for any entries which are not received or displayed for whatever reason.

7. The winning submission will be the random draw of any submitted reaction on the post.

8. By entering the competition you are consenting to allow Atlas to mention you, refer to you and/or include you on its various media channels, including Atlas’ website and Facebook page, among others; and to contact you via Facebook or through any other personal account available publicly.

9. The Participants and the winner hereby agree to participate in any promotion of the competition including but not limited to: having their photo/video taken and/or participating in events. You are thus hereby consenting to the use of such photos/videos taken for any media communications at the discretion of Atlas. The winners shall expect no compensation from Atlas for the use of such media.

10. Atlas may (as long as budgets last and for the purposes of promoting the competition) promote posted entries on a first come-first served basis and you allow Atlas to use your entry for this purpose.

11. The prize is an official Adidas FIFA World Cup Rihla Pro match ball.

12. The prize may not be transferable and will not be redeemable in cash and Atlas is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to you by any third party connected with this competition.

13. The winner is responsible for expenses and arrangements not specifically included in the prize.

14. The winner cannot win more than 1 prize in this competition.

15. You should be aged 18 and/or over in order to take part in this competition.

16. Atlas employees (and employees of the Atlas Group of Companies) and their immediate relatives cannot participate in this competition.

17. You are only eligible to participate if you are resident in Malta.

18. Atlas reserves the right at any time to modify, suspend or discontinue the competition by giving immediate notice to the public via the website or Facebook page.

19. Atlas reserves the right to terminate your participation at any time and at its discretion, and/or to disqualify any participant caught cheating or encouraging other users to cheat or act against the general spirit of a fair competition.

20. Comments being made from fake profiles may also result in disqualification at the discretion of the competition moderators.

21. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with, Facebook.

22. Atlas’ decision is final.

23. By taking part in this competition, you automatically agree to release Facebook and/or Atlas from all responsibility pertaining to consequences related in any way to your participation.
