From April 2018, Atlas Healthcare clients who opt to purchase the Preventive Care Plus extension will benefit from improved benefits. This extension provides cover for specified screening tests. In addition to cover for dental and eye checkups, members can include cover for blood tests and routine tests such as cervical cancer screening, mammograms, and prostate tests. Private clinic plan limits on standard plans have also been improved.
