As a Customer Care Assistant in the Personal Insurance Department, you would be meeting with clients about their motor, home, boat and travel insurance requirements. You will need to maintain an excellent level of customer care to service and expand existing business.
You must have a people-oriented personality, be hardworking and good at establishing positive relationships with all types of clients. You must also be a committed team player, meticulous and enthusiastic with a strong commitment to client service excellence and personally motivated to learn.
• A good advanced level of education or be in possession of an insurance qualifications
• IT proficiency with a working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word and Excel
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Maltese
