Claims Procedures

In the event of a Travel Claim, please find following a list of documents which should be presented with your claim form:

Standard Requirements:

• Policy Schedule
• Airline Tickets / E-ticket
• Photocopy of I.D Card /Passport

For Baggage Damage:

• Property Irregularity Report
• Luggage Tags
• Boarding Passes

For Baggage Delay:

• Property Irregularity Report
• Delay Delivery Report
• Receipts for Emergency Purchases

Lost Baggage:

• Property Irregularity Report
• Airline Declaration of Lost Baggage
• List of Missing items
• Proof of Ownership of missing items (such as purchase receipts, guarantees, certificates, chargers, manuals, boxes and the like).
• Boarding Passes

Medical:

• Medical Report
• Related Receipts

Cancellation:

• Medical Report
• Death Certificate
• Travel Itinerary
• Invoice for all pre paid expenses

In the event of a cancellation, clients are to notify immediately travel agent / ticket issuing office, to apply for refund of taxes and surcharges from airline.

Theft or Loss:

• Police Report (or Security Report)
• Proof of Ownership of missing items (purchase receipts, guarantees, certificates, chargers, manuals, boxes and the like)

Please ensure that you make every effort to collect and present the above documents, as missing proof of loss may cause problems in the processing and settlement of your claim.
